Methodologi is led by Brenda Benaim, Founder and Managing Director. Brenda’s expertise in managing the needs that arise in a diverse global workforce stem from her multicultural background as an American, Australian, and Israeli.

Her extensive experience in Organizational Development includes accelerating leadership growth in multinational companies, including IBM, Morgan Stanley, Amdocs, Bloomberg, and Wix.
